First new Aurelia of the season in Indian Arm
Description and Comments
Out for another SUP and spotted the first new Aurelia labiata medusa of the season swimming near the surface in shallow water. Bell diameter was 5-6 cm. Other than a few ctenos (Pleurobrachia) this was the only jelly I saw in an hour+.
